For naïve patients, the recommended starting dose of MIRCERA® is 0.6 µg/kg, administered (intravenous or subcutaneous) once every 2 weeks to reach a haemoglobin (Hb) level >11 g/dL.¹ Once the target Hb level is achieved, MIRCERA may be administered once monthly at double the dose.¹
